United Women in Faith

United Women in Faith (UWF) is a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church. There is a very active UWF Unit at Tigard UMC! Regular small group gatherings include Hope Circle, Pull-Up-A-Chair Women’s Coffee Group, a Reading Group, and a Walking Group. Please contact us to find out more.

United Methodist Men

The Mission of United Methodist Men is “to help men grow in Christ, so others may know Christ.” There are two weekly United Methodist Men’s group meetings. The Men’s Coffee Group meets on Tuesday morning from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. to share conversation about their lives and interests. The Heart Men small group meets on Wednesday evening from 7-8 p.m. This group is modeled after John Wesley’s Methodist class meetings and meets on Zoom.
