Jubilatte at Tigard UMC
Conversation Not Conversion
Starting June 5, Jubilatte will no longer operate as a coffee shop.
It will not be staffed and we will no longer sell drinks or food.
We are working on a plan to keep the Jubilatte space open.
Fill your cup and your soul.
Jubilatte is a welcoming place where we get to know people socially, intellectually, and spiritually. Through casual conversation, small group book studies, or service projects, Jubilatte provides a variety of ways for spiritual growth and nurture. We’re about conversation not conversion.
Take it from Gretchen who has volunteered at Jubilatte for over 9 years:
I am honored and thrilled to serve as a volunteer “pastorista” at Jubilatte on Thursday mornings. I love coming early in the morning, turning the lights on, getting things going, smelling the coffee brew. As the morning goes along, I get to be a part of lots of gatherings: moms with moms, couples, meetings, people working, men “taking a break.” Jubilatte is definitely good for my soul! (Gretchen D.)
