Young Adult Information

youngadult

facebook-youngadultAt Tigard UMC we understand that young adults are on a journey that is full of life changes. Most of life’s transitions happen during this time in your life: graduation from high school, going to college, beginning career, marriage, children, etc. No matter what part of your journey you are at or where it is leading you, we hope our paths will cross. You are welcome here!

The location and times for our gatherings vary so please be watching for that information to be sent out through this website, e-mail and Facebook.

If you are interested in more information about young adult activities, please contact Chris Natland.

STAFF BIO

Chris Natland

I have been working at Tigard UMC since July of 2007 with the youth and young adults. My wife, Tiffany, and I have an awesome 3 year old daughter, Audra. Family is a blessing to me and I love the time we have to enjoy the outdoors playing, camping or kayaking. The young people that I get to work with are truly amazing and I love being able to serve the Tigard community in a way that I feel so called to do.

  • What they’re saying…

I spent about 2 years enjoying Jubilatte’s warm inviting atmosphere. I’d drink coffee while my kids played in the play area. It was in Jubilatte that I met and began to form relationships with church members and also Pastor Jeremy. When we decided to start attending Sunday worship, it was clear to me what an impact Jubilatte had on my family’s life. Tigard UMC is where we belong. I’m not sure if we would have discovered that if it wasn’t for Jubilatte.
