Following in the footsteps of Jesus by nurturing faith, serving others, and loving God & neighbor.

Bridges Learning Hour – Sunday Mornings from 10:10-10:55am
Interactive classes provide a BRIDGE between our two worship services on Sunday morning. Our classes introduce children to Bible and help and BRIDGE the gap between Christian learning and Christian living.

  • Our K-4th graders meet in B-11 for a Bible story and snack. After prayers, story & snack, they can choose from a variety of activities that correspond with the day’s lesson.
  • The first Sunday of the month is SUNDAY FUNDAY! Options might be yoga, basketball, relay races, etc. It’s a great way to burn energy and have fun with church friends.
  • 5th to 8th graders meet in the youth room to learn through discussions, projects, and sharing. Tweens build community with one another as well as dig deep into those hard questions meant to strengthen and grow their faith and develop a relationship with God.
  • 9th to 12th graders meet in the youth director’s office for donuts and discussion as they learn how to connect their faith with everyday life.
  • Adults also have many opportunities for topical and Biblical studies throughout the week.
  • Nursery care is available for children age 5 and under.

  • What they’re saying…

I spent about 2 years enjoying Jubilatte’s warm inviting atmosphere. I’d drink coffee while my kids played in the play area. It was in Jubilatte that I met and began to form relationships with church members and also Pastor Jeremy. When we decided to start attending Sunday worship, it was clear to me what an impact Jubilatte had on my family’s life. Tigard UMC is where we belong. I’m not sure if we would have discovered that if it wasn’t for Jubilatte.
