“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” — Mark 10:14

Children have a special place in the life of our congregation at Tigard United Methodist Church

  • A clean, well maintained, fully staffed nursery is available during most activities
  • Children are always welcome in worship. However, Wiggler Worship is an option for children age 4 to 2nd grade. Children will be excused from worship after the children’s message for a Bible story, music, games, and crafts.
  • Children in 4 years old through 8th grade can enjoy an imaginative and interactive Sunday School
  • Families can experience a number of intergenerational events where we learn together how to experience and express our faith in a variety of ways

  • What they’re saying…

I spent about 2 years enjoying Jubilatte’s warm inviting atmosphere. I’d drink coffee while my kids played in the play area. It was in Jubilatte that I met and began to form relationships with church members and also Pastor Jeremy. When we decided to start attending Sunday worship, it was clear to me what an impact Jubilatte had on my family’s life. Tigard UMC is where we belong. I’m not sure if we would have discovered that if it wasn’t for Jubilatte.
